Location
For those who know the area, the apartment is situated just behind the roundabout near to the Go-karts and Burger King, on the road to the Hydropark.
The main road to the port is about 100 metres and the bus stops are there.
The beach is around five minutes away and it’s about 20 minutes walk to the Old Town where the market is held. A forty minute walk, at a gentle pace, takes you to the Red Rum at Barcares. “Chuffin’ ‘ell...”
Facilities
The apartment block has a pool with a new pumping/filter system and a recently fitted lift. It is set in an enclosed garden and in the complex there is one small bar, a little Spar supermarket (nice fresh bread for breakfast), hairdressers and a very nice restaurant.
We have an agent on site for any problems - they are there twice a day for two hours.
The apartment sleeps four, that is two singles in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, all of which are new.
The kitchen has recently been refurbished.
The apartment also has a large sofa and a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.
